Hey there Myron golden here I want to Warn you about the dangers of debt and It's not what you're thinking I'm not Warning you about the dangers of being In debt I'm going to warn you about some Of the dangers of getting out of debt One of the biggest dangers that people Face when getting out of debt is they Make it their first priority in other Words they think that getting out of Debt is the first step on the way to Financial Freedom and it's not I submit To you that it's not even second or Third base it's one of the last things You want to do on the way to getting out Of debt the best way to get out of debt Is to use debt to create a business that Produces wealth and let the wealth that The business producers pay off the debt If you pay off debt first here's what's Going to happen you're going to find out That you're out of debt and you're back To zero because debt free is still zero I don't think it's a great goal it Certainly wouldn't be for me my goal is To get back to zero instead create Wealth let the wealth pay off the debt
